Daniel Yergin is the Pulitzer Prize-winning author of The Prize, the definitive history of the modern oil industry, and the more recent The New Map, his strategic read of how energy, geopolitics, and climate are reshaping the global order. He is vice chairman of S&P Global, the founding chairman of CERAWeek, and one of the most cited senior voices in energy economics worldwide.
